Scotsman Parking Lot Line Striper

The Scotsman is the ideal Pavement Line Striper for those needing to stripe occasionally and need to use oil base paint (if you must use water based paint our Rollmaster is a better choice). Whether you are striping a parking lot or need it for field marking, the Scotsman line striper is an ideal economical choice.

Although inexpensive, it is packed with features found only in pavement line stripers costing hundreds of dollars more.

For Turf Grass Linestriping:

This line striper may also be used on an athletic field. We actually include a “turf wheel” with each unit that gets attached to the side of the spray box. This allows the box to glide over the turf and not get hung up on the grass.

Typical field marking paint is mixed 1:1 (one-gal water to one gal paint) Some are thinned more. If the customer does not want, or can’t get field marking paint, we recommend interior flat, ceiling paint to be used. DO NOT under any circumstances use Primers. Priming paint has sealers in it that will gum up and plug the machine. Same goes for exterior house paints, they have binders to ‘seal’ the siding, which does not work well in the machine either.
