Applying professional Grade Driveway Sealer to your Asphalt Driveway every few years will help the asphalt stay pliable and last for many years, assuming you also fill the crack as they occur.

Our Professional Grade Asphalt Driveway Sealer is available in several size containers including our handy 55 gallon size. This sealer can be applied with a Brushcoater Broom or Sealcoat Squeegee and can also be sprayed using a Sealcoat Machine. You can expect single coat coverage using our driveway sealer if you apply it with a squeegee or broom.

This is a Environmentally Friendly Asphalt "Emulsion" Sealer and will not burn you if you accidentally get the sealer on your skin, unlike Coal Tar which will burn your skin. Clean up of our Emulsion Driveway Sealer is easy with water.

Several municipality's have begun banning Coal Tar because of environmental concerns and the growing concern over health issues related to the use of Coal Tar sealers. Our professional grade Driveway Sealer is an Emulsion and will not harm the environment but delivers outstanding results including anti slip protection. This sealer dries jet black and will last for several years if applied correctly.

Approximate coverage is 100 square foot per 1 gallon of sealer if the sealer is applied undiluted. Actual coverage rates will depend on the surface and condition of the asphalt as well as the dilution rate it is applied. The barrel is shipped with 45 gallons of undiluted sealer and can have 5 or 10 gallons of water added before application.
