This PolyskidSuper 525 sealing machine is the larger version of or Sealcoat Spray System 325 Gallon Hydraulic Agitated Sealing Machine.

This system features a 525 gallon 1/4" thick polyethylene tank with built-in PolyRake Manual Tank Agitation.

We use 1-1/4" steel for the drive shaft with flange bearings and grease zerks in the tank ends.

Our air system is a Honda Puma 8 gallon manual start system creating available pressures up to 150 PSI at 13.8 CFM, and the Pump is our 1" Dual Diaphragm Yamada Pump* requiring no lubrication.

You will receive our deluxe aluminum 3/4" 6' Spray Wand and 100' of 250PSI spray hose and 80/40 spray tip.

We include a .06 strainer basket with "Top Access" as well helping eliminate plugged tips.

Included with this asphalt sealing machine is our Manual Cox Hose Reel conveniently mounted 48" off the bottom of the skid eliminating the need to lean to reel the hose back in.

This system comes standard with a 16" tank lid and offers an optional Poly hinged lid or 22" square steel double Manway as well.
