Asphalt Reclaimer Hot Box (2 Ton Slide-In)

Our 2 Ton Slide-In Asphalt Reclaimer is the ideal Hot Box if you specialize in repairing small to medium asphalt patching jobs. It also works well for small parking lots because of it's compact design.

This system incorporates an Automatic Temperature Control and is fully insulated allowing you to keep your heated material hot much longer. This quality made asphalt reclaimer is heated from a propane fuel source allowing the user to easily change bottles on the job site instead of leaving the job for re-fueling.

Because this compact asphalt Reclaimer only weighs 1500 pounds empty, and at full capacity holding 2 tons of material, it can be carried on flat bed and dump vehicles, making it very versatile and easy to use for the grounds crew.

The hopper uses a gravity feed design and provides easy material access. As stated earlier, this is a "Fully Insulated System". You might see similar systems that are un-insulated. This is a very important aspect of purchasing a high quality reclaimer. Less expensive systems are not always insulated.

We build this system using 12 gauge inner walls ans 16 gauge outer walls with all continuous welds for maximum strength. All four corners are capped and reinforced and we use a 7 gauge floor plate with fork lifting pockets for easy lifting and removal from your vehicle.

The heavy duty double door lids swing open fully allowing for easy loading from the asphalt plant.

The duct system is designed to ensure even hopper temperature and uses a 105,000.00 BTU vapor propane burner system and includes propane hoses, regulator and fittings for your bottle.

Many professional contractors use this Asphalt Reclaimer in conjunction with our larger Asphalt Hot Box for smaller areas to reclaim asphalt.
