PolySkid 525 Sealcoating Machine

This 525 seal coating system offers 525 gallons of seal coating storage allowing you to stay on the job longer with out refill runs.

Standard features include 50' of 3/4" 200 PSI seal coating sprayer hose, our Honda Banjo Cast Iron Industrial Pump, convenient hose storage rack, 6' deluxe aluminum spray wand and molded polyethylene seal coating tank.

SealCoat Tank Agitation in this system is created from the powerful 5.5 Honda Banjo Pump which recirculates liquid at 180 GPM thoroughly mixing the sealcoat while you spray.

This pump serves two purposes, one for the recirculation and the other for creating the pressure needed for spraying your asphalt seal coating.

Up to 65 PSI is created using the included 3/4" Aluminum Spray Wand and 80/50 Spray Tip (Included) which is capable of creating a 5' spray pattern of seal coating.

The ASD Poly-Skid Seal Coating System is one of our most popular asphalt sprayer systems because of all of the built in features added at no additional cost.

This system has all of the great features that our ASD520 Seal Coating System steel tanks offer but without the weight or initial cost.

We use special high quality polyethylene tanks and mount them to full steel skids, allowing you to move the complete seal coating system from truck to trailer with ease. It only weighs 455 LBS empty!

These tanks are 1/4" nominal thick and we use brass ball valves and high quality fittings which will give you years of trouble free service from your new asphalt seal coating system.

Our PolySkid system come standard with our "Easy Clean Strainer" assembly (See Picture) which helps eliminate tip plugging. We also build-in a "Suction Port" which allows you to draw seal coating from another tank or pump water for rinsing which makes for easy clean-up of this seal coating system.

Another great feature of our Poly-Skid Seal Coating System is that asphalt emulsion sealer and coal tar sealer won't adhere to polyethylene as easily as it will steel. This makes clean up faster and easier.
